Dynamic M7 is the ideal dust monitor for for a wide range of industries where fabric dust collectors or baghouses are used such as power plants, cement plants, woodworking, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, food and chemical industry
Waste Incarnation Plant
ensuring the safe and stable operation of the bag dust removal system through bag leakage monitoring has a very important impact on the particulate matter emissions and overall operations of the factory.
When there is a problem with the bag and the dust concentration instantly increases during backflush, Dynamic M7 sensitively detects the peak change and provides a timely warning of bag leakage.
After receiving the early warning signal, the power plant promptly replaced the damaged bag of the bag dust collector, and Dynamic M7 continued to monitor changes in dust concentration after replacement.
It can be seen that the change in dust concentration has stabilized after replacement, and its daily and hourly average values are both within 10mg/m3. This proves that the bag dust collector maintains normal and stable operation, and the emission concentration fully meets the requirements of environmental protection regulations.
SCR Entrance
The picture next shows the 24-hour monitoring data of the smoke and dust concentration at the SCR inlet of a waste incineration power plant by Dynamic M7.
According to the data, it can be seen that Dynamic M7 can quickly and accurately detect even very slight changes in smoke concentration, and provide early warning when there is an obvious peak in the data to prevent problems such as alkali metal poisoning and catalytic converter clogging.
Easy installation
Dynamic M7 dynamic charge dust meter can usually be installed at the outlet of various types of dust removal equipment such as bag dust collectors, cartridge filters, cyclones, etc. The pictures right show an installation example of Dynamic M7 used for bag dust collector leakage monitoring. One unit can be installed at each bag cabin outlet. All monitoring data signals will be transmitted to the central control room in real time for visual display and recording.
Dynamic M7 Dust Monitor
Quick set up process
1. Installation
Install the Dynamic M7 dynamic charge dust meter at the exit of each bag cabin.
2. Determine the base value
All bag dust collectors have a certain amount of dust leakage. By collecting data during the back flush cycle of the bag dust collector, we can determine this constant trace leakage level and use it as the baseline value of the dust emission signal.
3. Set Warning levels
According to the specific working conditions of the factory, adjust the sensitivity and response time of the output signal of the sensor component, use the baseline value as the percentage reference of the output scale, and set the early warning level based on the baseline value and the peak value.
4. Real-time monitoring and early warningAdd a Title
Dynamic M7 combines the bag backflush control signal to accurately and real-time monitor the gradual or instantaneous increase in dust concentration from the baseline value. When the monitored dust concentration signal reaches the set threshold, the system will immediately provide an early warning.
5. Analyze and maintain
Staff can quickly analyze whether the bag is damaged and leaked through monitoring data, and accurately locate the specific leak location, significantly reducing inspection and maintenance time and significantly improving work efficiency.
